Return and refund policy

Sellers are obliged to accept a return if a buyer isn't 100% satisfied. The buyer has 14 calendar days to ship the product back to the seller and to inform him of the return in order to claim a full refund.

TopazFabrics isn't responsible for enforcing a return but will penalize sellers who don't comply with TopazFabrics return policy. Any product a buyer returns must be in the same condition he received it and in the original packaging. Buyers should keep the receipt.
